Jun 08, 2026"A long drive to Leicester, cheered by the service at this Costa. The lady who serviced was so cheerful and friendly. We got to the window to see that the other staff too, were just as friendly and polite. Coffee was tasty and hot and pastries lovely."

May 23, 2026"The young lady over the speaker was very friendly and clear, we pulled up to the next window to pay and pickup our order this is when we could see the rest of the team, all had smiles on their faces, very quick and easy transaction all round. I do hope the relaxed approach to speaking to customers is a new standard for costa."

His customer service was something you rarely see in the world, let alone a drive thru. He even gave my family a chocolate each. I can only wish him the very best for his future. Give this guy a pay rise Costa!"
